Child Development Center Supervisor

Wellness Works Management Partners is currently interviewing candidates for an exciting Child Development Center Supervisor position in Chatham, NJ. The Child Development Center features state-of-the-art therapeutic services inclusive of Child Development, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Mommy & Me programs and more!
Our ideal candidate has previous experience in office management duties for a preschool, child development center, or similar. In addition, we are looking for someone who has experience as a child development teacher or director and has created curriculum and programs in previous experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate that loves an opportunity to manage office duties as well as deliver and create child development curriculum and programs. Our Supervisor must be an outgoing team leader, who has a passion for child development.

Job Summary: The Child Development Center Supervisor will coordinate and manage many aspects of day to day program operations and function as the administrator in charge when the Clinical Director is not on site.
Duties And Responsibilities:
Oversee And Manage The Client (Family) Experience
Oversee Office Management Processes: Billing, Payroll, Etc.
Responsible For All New Client Intakes, Tours Of Facility, Client Support, Etc.
Assist With Marketing Efforts And Community Outreach
Provide Program Orientation For Newly Hired Staff At The Center
Oversee and Coordinate Facility Maintenance Services For Site
Provide Classroom Program Supervision, Training, And Mentoring (As Applicable)
Serve As Parent Liaison For Any Upsets, etc.
Create Education Curriculum For Child Development Extracurricular Programs
Teach and Lead Parent/Child Extracurricular Programs
Project Management & Support Clinical Director
Additional Responsibilities May Be Assigned
Skills And Educational Responsibilities:
Must live in Chatham, NJ or very nearby within a 20-minute drive (I.E., Madison, Summit, Morristown, )
AA in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. BA preferred.
3 years of supervisory experience preferred
3 years of teaching experience preferred
2 years of curriculum design experience preferred
Experienced in managing office duties (payroll, billing, customer complaints, etc.)
Excellent communication skills required (written, verbal, nonverbal)
Strong work history and work retention (longevity in a position)
Excellent technology skills (electronic charting, Microsoft Excel, marketing software, etc.)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
