Cleaning - Maintenance

- Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas - Completes minor repairs, like switching lightbulbs and unclogging toilets.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors - Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces - Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors - Manages inventory of cleaning supplies.
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed - Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as required - Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred - Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors Applicant must submit to and pass a drug screen, physical examination, and criminal background investigation.
Applicant must have a valid Driver's License and be able to read, write, and speak English.
