Job Description:
Our luxury complex needs to fill an opening for the position of Leasing Agent with some light Property Manager duties.
As a Leasing Agent you will become the public face of our property and the key liaison between the management office and our current and prospective renters.
We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has some sales rental experience and can offer competent service to our renters.
Basic
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls, e-mails, and in-person inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualify prospective tenants and set appointments for them to tour our property & units.
Comply with company policies, practices, and procedures.
Manage documents, files, and electronic information in an organized, efficient and secure manner.
Represent our company with a professional appearance and manner.
Complete company required daily traffic reports and perform prospect follow-up.
Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.
Work with the Community Manager, Maintenance Staff and contractors, as needed, making sure building repairs and services are up to date.
Desired
Experience:
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, and Outlook and be Smart phone proficient.
Yardi Experience Real Page/ On Site Experience Prior rental or real estate experience preferred - will train Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
